Gunkey

Threatened by the highly intelligent evil race of bananas, the humans must turn to their last ditch effort to save the human race, Gunkey. Play as an enhanced, shotgun wielding monkey through three hand crafted levels while being mobbed by the banana enemies!

Made for Global Game Jam 2024 with the theme "Make Me Laugh." We boast a physics based shotgun, custom monkey and banana models, and amazing monkey sounds by one of our group members, listed in the "More Information" section of this page. Made in Godot, with all assets, but the music and level objects (excluding the red shipping container), constructed or recorded by our team.
